According to a spanish wrestling news site, John Morrison has been in talk with WWE on a return. The report, which is marked as an “exclusive,” says that John is wanting a 6-month contract, and if his feud is good and he likes how it’s going, he will extend the contract. According to the news site, Vince McMahon said that he will not deal with a 6-month contract, and if John wants one, he would have to accept a 1-year contract. The news site also says John may return as a surprise entrance into the Royal Rumble, or may even be at WWE TLC. The site says that John wouldn’t be able to negotiate much of a contract because he was released. John was NOT released from the WWE. He left on good terms.

Please take this as a rumor for now. There is nothing confirming this. If John does return to WWE, any appearances following his return date would be cancelled, as WWE Superstars are not allowed to accept appearances outside WWE knowledge. John may be able to work out a deal to where he could attend is previously scheduled appearances.

Stay tuned for more details.
